Will these be condominiums or apartments?
All of the new housing will be for-rent apartments.
Will there be any affordable apartments?
We are currently expecting 10% of the apartments to have their rents restricted to households at 60% of Area Median Income.
Can I tour?
Yes! Please use the contact form and our leasing team will be in contact asap to set up your meeting!
When will the apartments open for move-ins?
Construction will finish and residents will being moving into Zenith in January 1st, 2024.
Where will the residents park?
There are several surface lots adjacent to Zenith that are reserved for resident parking.
How can I learn more about the project?
Please use the contact form and our leasing team will be in contact asap to answer any questions you have. Tours are also available on Saturdays 9:30am – 4:00pm.
How much will the building change?
The new owners will be utilizing historic tax credits to help with the costs of repairs and upgrades. This requires an extensive review by the State Historic Preservation Office and National Park Service to ensure the building maintains the look and feel over time.

Rentable Options & Utilities:
Surface Lot Parking Space: $100-$125 Per Month
Dog Rent: $50 Per Month
Cat Rent: $30 Per Month
Separate Utilities: Water, Trash & Electric (Providers Bill Separately)
Renters Insurance Required – Master Policy Option For $10.50 Per Month

One Time Dog Fee $500
